I was inspired by the beautiful landscape of Jasper National Park of Canada.

The majestic eye-catching mountains with charming lakes creates this serenity in my mind. The soul is resting as a saying in Finnish goes. I fell in love with a palette knife while working on this art piece. The texture made with thick layers of paint is so appealing to look at, for me at least. This is my first ever oil painting. This is where the journey started. I proved to myself that I can paint, and so can you.
